Who We Are
Established in 2004, the Rover Owl Crew “C” is a premier development program for young adults aged 18 to 25 years old in Bayan Lepas District, Georgetown Penang. We are committed to contributing to the success of Scouts Malaysia (PPM), the nation’s leading youth-serving organization, through leadership and management training of members in our group.
LEADING YOUTH TO LIFELONG VALUES
Our members volunteer in over 6 Scout troop and 6 Renjer group in Penang, Malaysia, including the three groups we operate – the 39GTS Scout Troop, the 51GTS Scout Troop, 31BL Scout Troop, 28BL Scout Troop and the 30BL Open Troop. We are dedicated into growing the membership of these troops and delivering high quality programming to all youth participants.
What We Offer
As a diverse team where each person strives to reach their full potential, we undertake meaningful and impacting projects where the focus is learning by doing. Our latest projects can always be found on our website Today, with over 150 members and growing, we are aiming to be the largest Rover Scout Group in Penang.
